TJH Medical Services, PC is a Queens based physician group network. As one of the largest physician networks in New York City we offer a wide range of specialties and high-quality clinical care in 25 locations throughout Queens. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate full-time career opportunity in our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Our ideal candidate will be a well-rounded person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an individual who is a self- starter and is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks. The Executive Assistant must possess a demeanor to positively and effectively interact with physicians, patients and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of OBGYN department, ensuring that plans and procedures are executed in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Preparing correspondences.
- Coordinating and scheduling interdepartmental staff and faculty meetings.
- Calendar management.
- Maintaining efficient scheduling and practice flow to facilitate patient experience.
- Managing and ensuring provider credentialing process.
- Maintaining call and surgery schedule for doctors.
- Preparing bi-weekly payroll for office staff.
