$26.42/hr. + 1199 Union Benefits | Full-Time | Day, Evening & Night Shifts | Weekends Required

What You’ll Do

  • Use EPIC EMR to manage patient information accurately
  • Prepare charts for admissions and transfers
  • Provide guidance to patients and families on hospital services and policies
  • Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and administrative teams
  • Handle inquiries or complaints professionally and confidentially

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current or recent EPIC experience required
  • Minimum one year of secretarial/clerical experience
  • Prior OR scheduling experience highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work variable day or evening shifts
  • Must be available to work every weekend
