Requirements
- Associate’s degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lawson, Infor, Kronos, or other HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
