About Us

TJH Medical Services, PC is a multi-specialty physician practice with 30 locations offering a full range of medical, diagnostic, and surgical services. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care across our Ambulatory Care Centers (JHMC & FHMC).

We are seeking experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Call Center Representatives to join our team and provide a positive patient experience from first contact to appointment completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments in EPIC
  • Provide supportive, professional, and courteous service to patients
  • Follow specialized scripts to deliver accurate patient information
  • Update patient demographics and pre-register patients in EPIC
  • Notify management of scheduling or system issues promptly
  • Utilize Cisco Systems, EPIC, and other Call Center resources effectively
  • Assist at the Front Desk by registering and discharging patients as needed
  • Reschedule and confirm patient appointments as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including emergency support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent medical office experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills (basic Excel, email, EPIC proficiency) Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing practices Exceptional organizational skills Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
