Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing incoming calls and transferring callers to other individuals within the organization, as well as passing on messages. Calls-routing, carrying out clerical duties and transferring of information. Processing emergency calls for both, medical and non-medical situations. Other tasks as directed by the department Manager.

Requirements
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Must be great communicator with strong telephone experience and demonstrable customer service skills.
  • Understand the basics of how the telecommunications system works to properly communicate issues that might arise and require maintenance.
