Opthamology Technician

The Opthamology Technician will collect medical history of the patient as well as eye measurements. Tests patient’s eye pressure, pupil reactions, scope of vision, color vision and muscle movement. The Opthamology Technician will assist the physician during diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, including instrumentation, sterile preparations and documentation. Assist the physician with patient education pertaining to the treatment prescribed.They will also be responsible for maintaining exam rooms and ophthalmologic equipment.
