Your Role:
As an Ambulatory Care Representative, you are the first impression for patients. You’ll help patients navigate appointments, registration, and clinic operations while ensuring a friendly, professional experience.

  • Greet and register patients accurately
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical teams
  • Support clinic workflow and operations
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of patient registration or patient access experience preferred
  • Experience with EHR systems (EPIC or Meditech preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other languages a plus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
