Location: Flushing, Queens, NY
Status: Full-Time | Shift: Day | Hours: Monday–Friday
Salary: $150,000 – $165,000/year (based on experience)

Position Overview
Flushing Hospital Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor to lead pediatric and neonatal pharmacy services in the general pediatric unit and NICU. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective medication management, optimize pharmacotherapy, and reduce adverse drug events for our youngest patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Round with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication therapy
• Evaluate and document drug therapies for appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and allergies
• Monitor pharmacotherapy for effectiveness and adverse drug events; intervene as needed
• Provide drug information and education to the healthcare team
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce medication errors and ADEs
• Precept and educate residents and students in pharmacology and therapeutics
