Tuesday – Saturday   9am – 5:30pm

JOB SUMMARY

Reports directly to the Rehab Coordinator, Occupational Therapy Supervisor and Rehab Staff; Performs designated routine tasks related to the operation of the Rehabilitation Department, but may also assist with resident related activities pre-determined for each resident and assigned by a PT/OTR-L.

DUTIES:

  • Transport residents to/from therapy.  Frequently pushes pulls and supports residents.
  • Assist therapists as needed with resident therapy.
  • Transport records, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Prepares, maintains and cleans-up treatment area/machines as needed.
  • Performs pre-determined, general office procedures as needed:
  • Prepares new admission packets and distributes to designated members of Rehab Department (PT, OT and ST)
  • Documentation of daily attendance of residents.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
  • C.N.A. Certification required.
