Case Management Supervisor (RN) – Full-Time | Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Queens, NY
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week | Salary: $160,000 annually

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, a 384-bed community teaching hospital, is seeking a Case Management Supervisor (RN) to lead our team of Case Managers and ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients across clinical settings. This role combines team leadership, program oversight, and hands-on support in complex or crisis situations.

Your Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and support Case Management staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to standards
  • Oversee case assignments, review care plans, and support complex or escalated patient cases
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
  • Provide guidance and participate in crisis interventions when needed
  • Analyze program data, support quality improvement initiatives, and optimize workflows

Requirements
  • NYS RN License; BSN required, MSN preferred
  • 3–5 years supervisory or leadership experience in case management
  • Skilled in assessment, counseling, care coordination, and crisis intervention
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
