Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
  • Minimum of 2–3 years oncology nursing experience (inpatient or outpatient)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong communication, instructional, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational/training platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential preferred
  • Experience with staff development, mentoring, or clinical education programs
  • Knowledge of hospital policies, protocols, and quality initiatives
