Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work required. NYS LMSW licensure required. Computer literate. Skilled in ACS/APS. Reporting Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
SOCIAL WORKER
Full-TimeAbility to observe, identify problems and implement precautionary measures.
Independently conduct and complete comprehensives Pycho-Social Assessments to develop interventions.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Effectively facilitate communication.
1 FT 8:30am – 4:30pm including alternating weekends
