Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred
- 3–5 years of acute hospital experience, preferably in critical care or emergency nursing
- Strong clinical documentation review, reporting, and data management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Motivated RNs with acute hospital experience may be considered; training available

RNs from ICU or Emergency settings bring essential insight into high-acuity, high-risk clinical environments. Their advanced clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and familiarity with complex patient care situations make them exceptionally well-prepared to identify potential safety concerns, conduct detailed investigations, and support hospital-wide risk mitigation efforts.
JOB DETAILS:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
