Shift: Night Flex (7:15 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Alternating weekends and holidays required
Compensation: $55.78 – $70.31 per hour (based on education and experience)

Position Overview

Flushing Hospital Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department on the night shift. This role is ideal for skilled RNs who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

As a member of our ER team, you will:

• Provide urgent and emergent care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Deliver culturally competent and compassionate care
• Respond effectively in high-pressure and rapidly changing situations
