Performance Improvement Systems Analyst

Flushing Hospital Medical Center has a career opportunity for a Performance Improvement (PI) Analyst. Reporting to the PI Director, the PI Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, modification, and support of new or existing PI applications and software, This position will manage data from multiple sources, design data bases, validate data, and work with users to test, debug, and troubleshoot applications. The PI Analysis assists in preparing and developing business reports & information dashboards. This position will also provide administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, timekeeping and supply management. Acts as the first point of contact for internal and external customers and works collaboratively with all departments and roles across the organization and network. Aligns work functions with the organization’s mission, vision, and performance improvement priorities.
