Ensure patients are fully informed about their legal rights.
Help patients navigate insurance claims, and working to create payment plans where necessary.
Document and resolve any complaints lodged by the patient or their loved ones.
Review paperwork for the patient to ensure it is accurate and complete.
Explain test results, diagnoses, and available treatments to the patient and their loved ones.
Communicate all the information patients need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree preferred. Customer Service experience. Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Bilingual in the following languages: Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu. Prefer Certified Medical Interpreter
