Painter A

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years recent commercial experience. Experience installing ceramic tile a plus. Experience in healthcare/building maintenance setting preferred. Also, have minimum 5 years recent commercial experience with painting, plastering, spackling, and hanging wallpaper. Must exhibit ability to work productively without constant supervision. Must be able to follow a construction schedule in a timely fashion and carry out verbal directives accurately. Must have discerning eye for detail.
