Clinical Manager

Flushing Hospital Medical Center is a 293-bed, not-for-profit teaching hospital. The hospital offers a variety of services for a culturally diverse community, including Bariatric Surgical Service, Ambulatory Care Center, Women’s Health Center, Wound Care Center, and Chemical Dependence Unit. Our busy on-site full-service pharmacy provides prescription services to discharged, emergency department, and clinic patients as well as employees. We’re looking for a Clinical Manager for our Outpatient Alcohol Clinic. Our ideal candidate will have than be quick-thinking, with strong assessment skills, and the ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and clinical leadership for a NYS OASAS certified outpatient chemical dependence clinic including overseeing admissions, discharges, treatment planning, OASAS regulatory compliance, and clinical supervision of staff. The position also requires direct clinical practice with patients with Substance Use Disorder.
