We are currently seeking On-Call Center Associates to join our 24-hour Call Center and support daily transportation coordination operations.

Role Overview:

As a Call Center Associate, you will oversee the daily operations of the Transportation Coordination Center, ensuring efficient patient movement and emergency response coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assign daily work schedules and make real-time adjustments.
✅ Tracking driver status and responding to schedule changes.
✅ Implementing hospital disaster protocols and facilitating emergency communications.
✅ Receiving, processing, and coordinating emergent & non-emergent transport from hospital sites.
✅ Utilizing radio, cellular, and paging systems to coordinate transport needs.
✅ Arranging external transportation for staff as needed.
✅ Maintain logs, register, and computer records, to ensure accurate call documentation.
✅ Collecting, reviewing, and forwarding ambulance reports,
✅ Operating company vehicles when necessary.
