Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience in human resources or related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years of related Benefits administration experience required.
- Lawson, Infor/Kronos experience a huge plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, initiate and identify solutions.
