A 228-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving long-term care and subacute rehab residents.

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple units and shifts, including nursing float positions and dedicated geriatrics floors.

• Geriatrics Floor 3S – LPN (Multiple Openings)
• Geriatrics Floor 2N – LPN

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $33.05 – $36.77/hour (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric and rehab residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist with resident care planning and documentation
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication
