We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our professional and supportive nursing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric and rehabilitation residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and responses to treatment
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and advocate for resident care
• Serve as nurse-in-charge when assigned
