Your Role
As an LPN on our geriatrics team, you will:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and implement personalized care plans
• Transcribe and administer physician treatment and medication orders
• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Support quality assurance initiatives and act as a patient advocate
• Serve as nurse-in-charge when assigned
