Your Role:

• Deliver hands-on, resident-focused nursing care
• Implement individualized care plans and assist residents with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders, including medications
• Document assessments and interventions accurately
• Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Serve as nurse-in-charge when assigned
