Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of fire safety experience (hospital or healthcare setting strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission fire and life safety standards
- Hands-on experience with fire alarm testing and inspections
- Experience working directly with FDNY and regulatory agencies preferred
Required Certifications
- FDNY Citywide Fire Drill Conductor
- FDNY Fire Alarm Supervisor
- FDNY Sprinkler/Standpipe Certification
- OSHA 15–30 Hour Certification (preferred)
