Our 24/7 inpatient pharmacy supports emergency, intensive care, surgical, maternal-fetal, behavioral health, hospice, and ambulatory care units. Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to work alongside pharmacists to ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of medications across multiple hospital units. Ideal candidates have hospital pharmacy experience or at least 3 years of retail pharmacy background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
  • Deliver medications efficiently to inpatient units
  • Triage phone calls and escalate clinical questions to pharmacists
  • Maintain pharmacy files, records, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies
  • Assist with pharmacy inspections and quality assurance processes
  • Comply with State and Federal regulations as well as hospital pharmacy policies
    Complete annual competency assessments

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Training Program preferred
  • PTCB Certification required
  • Minimum 3 years prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience OR significant retail pharmacy experience
  • Experience with Omnicell or other automated dispensing systems (ADS) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a patient care focus

Compensation

Competitive Pay: Up to $31.86 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
