INVESTIGATOR

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, currently seeks highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigator with extensive experience in the installation, programming, and maintenance of CCTV and security systems.  Our ideal candidate with have a proven ability in the installation, programming, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems, particularly within a security role for a medical facility.

DUTIES

  • Installing, programing, and maintaining advanced CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance and security of the medical facility and offsite locations.
  • Conducting internal surveillances, providing insights and observations to bolster security measures.
  • Assisting in investigations of criminal offenses, both onsite and offsite, facilitating comprehensive security protocols.
  • Responsible for the coordination of site meetings with sub-contractors in regards to CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the scheduling and assigning of Technicians for service calls
  • Providing   remote assistance in resolving system programming issues to maintain seamless operation of security systems.
  • Responsible for daily log and reports of CCTV and Access Control System.
  • Assisting with programming of the DD System, when necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Security Director on day-to-day tasks related to the safety and security of the medical facility.
  • Oversee the CCTV Systems on Campus and the Medisys Offsites.
  • Monitoring and overseeing CCTV systems on main hospital campus and across Medisys offsite locations.
  • Participating in the weekly department project update meeting
