RN Supervisor – Inpatient Psychiatry (Night Shift)
7PM–7AM | Queens, NY | $55.92/hr. + Night Differential

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center is seeking an experienced Psychiatric RN Leader to supervise our Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit on the night shift.

If you are a strong clinical leader who thrives in high-acuity behavioral health and enjoys mentoring staff while maintaining patient safety, this is an opportunity to lead a dedicated psychiatric team in a structured, supportive environment.

What You’ll Lead

  • Adult inpatient psychiatric unit
  • Night shift clinical operations
  • Staff supervision, mentoring & performance management
  • Incident review and clinical oversight
  • Safe patient flow and staffing coordination

Requirements
  • What You Bring
  • Active NYS RN License
  • BSN required (MSN preferred)
  • 2+ years psychiatric RN experience
  • 2+ years supervisory or charge nurse experience
  • Strong crisis management and leadership skills
