Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Nurse Care Coordinators (NCCs) for per diem day, evening, and night shifts. You will coordinate, supervise, and guide nursing staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care in the absence of senior leadership. This is an ideal role for nurses seeking flexible, well-compensated shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing service functions
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource
• Ensure departmental compliance with policies and procedures
• Participate in nursing and administrative committees
• Support staff development and competency assessments
• Assist with staffing schedules
• Communicate with residents and families to enhance satisfaction
