Delivery of accurate information from Kronos time and attendance system for payroll processing.
Coordinate with departments on Kronos and payroll issues and investigate discrepancies.
Provide Kronos support to Senior Leads, timekeepers, Supervisors and Managers.
Responsible for reconciling accrual balances within Kronos.
Produce Kronos required reports.
Maintain accurate files of changes and amendments for auditing.
Research and rectify payroll errors.
Assist with audit and quality control of Kronos time and attendance system.
Perform all required audits, sick, vacation, Cashbank/timebank when required.
Other duties as assigned.
Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.

Requirements
Strong Computer Skills (Proficient in Microsoft Office) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent Customer Services and Communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees. Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills College Degree preferred
