Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in RNs with experience in ICU, Emergency Department, Step-Down/Telemetry, PACU, Labor & Delivery, NICU, or other high-acuity inpatient or procedural environments.
Previous Risk Management experience is preferred, but we will also consider motivated acute-care RNs interested in transitioning their clinical expertise into Risk Management. Training is available.
Requirements
- BSN required
- 3–5 years of acute hospital RN experience, preferably in critical care, emergency nursing, or another high-acuity environment
- Strong clinical judgment, medical-record review, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with incident investigation, RCA, patient safety, quality, or Risk Management preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPHRM preferred
Job Details
- Full-Time | Day Shift
- Salary: $120,000–$150,000 DOE
