Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hrs,/week | Evenings (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) or Nights (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM)
Salary: $27.66/hour (includes shift differential)

Flushing Hospital Medical Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Evening and Night Shift teams. In this essential role, you will provide hands-on patient care and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
  • Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an accredited CNA program
  • 1–2 years of CNA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during evening/night shifts
  • Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays
