Radiology Manager – Multi-Modality (Full-Time)
Salary: $150,000 – $165,000/year + Full Benefits

Lead a large-scale, high-performing radiology operation at a respected NYC teaching hospital. Jamaica Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Manager to oversee a 100+ member team across Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, and Diagnostic X-Ray.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for multi-modality operations, team performance, and patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work with state-of-the-art imaging equipment while driving operational excellence, mentoring leadership staff, and shaping the future of radiology services across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all radiology modalities, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery
  • Lead, manage, and develop a large team of technologists, supervisors, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Drive departmental performance, efficiency, and patient flow in a high-volume setting
  • Mentor and support supervisory staff to strengthen leadership across the department
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across modalities

Requirements
  • Current NYS Licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • ARRT certification required
  • Prior radiology leadership experience in a hospital or high-volume imaging environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex operations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
