Jamaica Hospital

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center located in Queens, New York has immediate full time openings for Workday Functional Analysts  with a minimum of 4+ years' experience with Workday and at least 2 Full Life Cycle implementations.

Extensive experience in the functional areas of human capital management, finance, procurement, workday admin, security admin, change management and technical management.

Bring your expertise and join the implementation Team on a new Workday Project at Jamaica Hospital.

The Workday Analyst supports the configuration, implementation and maintenance of Workday suite of HCM application. This is a hands-on role with deep Workday functional configuration with HR business knowledge and IT processes and works in partnership with the business process owners, functional SMEs, super-users, and end-users in deployment of Workday solutions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide HCM functional mastery level expertise in the areas of Workday business processes, security, configuration in one or more of the HCM, HR, Payroll, Finance Procurement, Time & Attendance, Absence.

Its an exciting time to come on board in the IT Department at Jamaica Hospital.

Our institution consisting of a 404 bed hospital, a large network of community based ambulatory care centers and a skilled nursing facility on campus is conveniently located near JFK International Airport and in close proximity to Manhattan.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4 year degree focusing on information technology
  • 4+ years' experience with Workday - at least 2 Full Life Cycle implementations.
  • 4+ Years of Workday experience, preferably as a Workday certified consultant in one or more of the HCM applications including Payroll, with a strong preference for implementation experience and post go-live support experience
  • Full knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies, Agile methodology is preferred
  • Excellent communication, platform and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels within the organization
