Staffing Associate – Nursing Administration

We provide general medical, pediatric, and psychiatric emergency services, ambulatory care on and off campus, ambulatory surgery and a board spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services. We are currently seeking experienced part time Staffing Associates for immediate opportunities in our Nursing Department. DUTIES

• Responsible for the staffing applications of the Automated Nurse Staffing Office System (ANSOS), payroll processing and related clerical duties in the Nursing Office.
• Scheduling and preparing staff schedules for all Nursing units.
• Performing data management, data entry and communications between Nursing units, Payroll, Quality Management and outside agencies.
• Monitoring and assuring timely notification of staff of pending renewal dates for license, certification and other credentials.
• Procuring and assigning Contingent/Temp staff and Outside personnel to patient care units as needed.
• Coordinating payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timely compensation to employees
• Utilizing KRONOS system to input, update and retrieve information and reports.
