SOCIAL WORKER – CTI

• LMSW or LCSW issued by the New York State Education Department required.
• (Provisional License holders may also be considered).
• Hospital/Medical experience is preferred but new grads are welcome
• Knowledge of community-based organizations and resources for discharge planning.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. PC Proficiency is required. Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Strong crisis intervention and short-term counseling skills
