Performance Improvement Coordinator

Flushing Hospital Medical Center has a career opportunity for a Performance Improvement Coordinator. The Performance Improvement Coordinator works with and under the direction of the Director of Performance Improvement to develop, plan, organize, direct, and lead the JHMC Performance Improvement Program.

The PI Coordinator will have a detailed understanding of the concepts of performance improvement system design, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis. The PI Coordinator is responsible for conformance to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and the JHMC Hospital policies, and the organization's P.I. program. He/she will assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the reporting of cases into the NYPORTS system. The coordinator must have strong project management skills and be able to develop reports and manage data.
