The Mobile Crisis team, comprised of a coordinator, certified social worker, and psychiatrist, visit the homes of both recently discharged patients, as well as newly referred patients seven days a week. The purpose of the Mobile Crisis Team is to perform initial screenings or on-going assessment and stabilization.
We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Outreach Community Coordinator / Driver to join our Mobile Crisis night-shift team. In this role, she/he will directly report to the Program Coordinator and/or Medical Director of Psychiatry Mobile Crisis Unit.
