Maintenance Mechanic

High School Diploma or equivalent. Trade school experience preferred. Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience in a boiler room setting, preferably high pressure. Steam fitting, and pipe fitting experience. Welding experience preferred. Strong experience with the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Good analytical and organizational skills. Good attention to detail. Self starter. Must be able to follow verbal instruction well. HVAC and Refrigeration troubleshooting experience preferred. NYFD certificate of fitness - Maintain Interior Fire Alarm. NYFD certificate of fitness - Sprinkler and standpipe(city main). NYFD certificate of fitness – Maintain Sprinkler and Standpipe with Firepump
