Flushing Hospital Medical Center has an immediate opening for a Per Diem Echo Technician.

Prepares patients for transthoracic echocardiography, stress Echo's and Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) exams. Perform patient assessments

Operates echocardiography equipment to record ultrasound from the heart walls, valves and support structure

Records all test results to ensure diagnosis of structure and valve abnormalities and pericardial effusions.

Monitors equipment during procedures including equipment used, procedures performed, etc.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
