- The Director of Informatics manages the implementation of electronic health records systems for clinical and non-clinical applications.
- Manages, directs, leads, plans projects and Informatics Department related matters, including, but not limited to budget, staffing, tasks, times lines, go-live planning, training, 3rd party vendors, consultants, contracts etc., for full project and department scope.
- Leads and executes the projects and efforts related to implementations of new applications and upgrades.
- Collaborates with hospital key stakeholders on new systems and ongoing projects.
- In conjunction with staff, develops and enforces Informatics Department Policies and Procedures. Ensures that the staff receives adequate training for optimal job performance, etc.

Our Chest Pain Center offers immediate evaluation and the recently expanded Pediatric ED is equipped to handle the most critical cases. and supported by one of the largest voluntary ambulance fleet serving the City 911 system.
