ASSISNT HEAD NURSE – 4 SOUTH

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Head Nurse for our Medical Surgical Unit. 

DUTIES

• As Assistant Head Nurse you will provide operational and administrative support to the Unit Nurse Manager.
• Recruiting and training staff.
• Assigning unit nursing tasks.
• Coordinating and making shift assignments.
• Monitoring and assessing unit staff performance.
• Providing hands-on technical assistance, leadership, and support for nursing staff.
