Responsible to ensure that patient insurance information is complete and accurate. Insurance authorization and referrals are completed and verified prior to scheduling appointments for medical center services. Schedule appointments, answer phones.

Requirements
High School Diploma required, College preferred. Knowledge of insurance eligibility verification and referral process, registration, reimbursement or medical records experience helpful. Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills a must. Prior customer experience is helpful. Computer proficiency and data entry skills is a plus. Basic knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. College degree preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Experience with EPIC (Electronic Medical Records) is a plus.
