RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for daily reconciliation of cash accounts and various monthly account reconciliations. Preparing daily Cash Reports.  Applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information. Handling various financial and accounting projects. Other duties will include:

• Posting data to various ledgers, journals, following established accounting techniques and procedures.
• Preparing daily cash reports.
• Reconciling Sub Systems to the Accounting General Ledger system and resolving discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the monthly financial statements and General ledger analysis and Bank Reconciliation.
• Assisting the Accounting department with the year-end audit and the preparation of the audited financial statement.
