Work Schedule: On-Call Salary: $24.89/hr.

We are currently seeking On-Call Center Associates to join our 24-hour Call Center and support daily transportation coordination operations.
Role Overview:
As a Call Center Associate, you will oversee the daily operations of the Transportation Coordination Center, ensuring efficient patient movement and emergency response coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily work schedules and make real-time adjustments.
- Tracking driver status and responding to schedule changes.
- Implementing hospital disaster protocols and facilitating emergency communications.
- Receiving, processing, and coordinating emergent & non-emergent transport from hospital sites.
- Utilizing radio, cellular, and paging systems to coordinate transport needs.
- Arranging external transportation for staff as needed.
- Maintain logs, register, and computer records, to ensure accurate call documentation.
- Collecting, reviewing, and forwarding ambulance reports,
- Operating company vehicles when necessary.
