Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical, research, and statistical skills
- Experience with statistical software such as STATA, SAS, and/or R
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, or equivalent) in a related field
- Experience working with real-world healthcare data (EHR/EMR, claims, registries)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as:
Tableau
Power BI
ArcGIS - Knowledge of health equity frameworks, structural determinants of health, and healthcare disparities
- Experience in grant writing, research publication, or academic collaboration
