Position Overview
As an Ambulatory Care Representative, you are the frontline of the patient experience—ensuring every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. You will support outpatient and clinical operations by managing patient registration, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a professional, friendly first impression
• Register patients accurately and verify insurance information
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments and follow-ups
• Collect copays and explain visit-related or billing information
• Support clinic operations to maintain smooth patient flow
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality
