Responsibilities:

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and monitoring patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, and mobility
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and treatment outcomes
• Communicating effectively with physicians, therapists, and family members
• Educating residents and families on care plans and chronic condition management
• Accurately documenting care and maintaining patient records
• Participating in MDS assessments and care plan meetings
• Serving as patient advocate and assuming charge nurse responsibilities as needed
