We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team for full-time, part-time and per-dem day and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Staff Nurse in our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on, patient-centered care, while promoting a safe and supportive environment.

  • Perform ongoing patient assessments through observation, physical exams, and medical history review
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Accurately transcribe and administer medications and treatment orders.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to clinical leadership.
  • Document patient data thoroughly in admission records and nursing databases.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Act as the Nurse in Charge when designated.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and respect in all care provided.
  • Participate in MDS assessments and care plan meetings as needed
  • Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily clinical operations

Requirements
  •  Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  •  Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Prior experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
  • Knowledge of SigmaCare a plus
  • Must be available to work alternate weekends
