Responsibilities of a Dietary Worker in the Nutrition Department include patient visitation for preferences and menu selection, menu modification, observe and document calorie counts and check tray line. The Dietitian Assistant position communicates with the clinical dietitians regarding patients.
Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Nutrition (or working towards)
Or
Graduate of The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics approved dietetic technician school
Or
High School graduate with 120 hour dietary managers course (or equivalent) and experience in diet office operations
