Lawson Analyst

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center located in Queens, New York has a full time opportunity for a Lawson System Analyst with 3-5 years relevant experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Lawson. Support and maintenance in Lawson for Procurement Suite: PO, IC, RQ, MSCM, Handhelds, GHX, EDI Support and maintenance of Lawson for AP, GL suite Conduct Month end and Year end processing for PO, IC, AP Responsible for Magfiler/1099 Processing for AP Maintenance of Lawson Item Master and Vendor Agreements using Premier/Nuvia/CCX Responsible for necessary queries and uploads – PO History, Inventory, AP invoices Lawson liaison for GL, IC, RQ, and AP interfaces Create and maintain reports utilizing Lawson Report writer and Crystal/Tableau Reports Adheres to project deadlines Perform related assigned duties on special projects, such as : EPIC, GHX, Spend Advisor, MHS OR Inventory, PO135 clean up, Premier/Nuvia Assist with designing and development of user documentation for training and reinforcement of business processes. Troubleshooting and interaction in constructive manner with Analyst, Super Users, and Systems personnel. Provide support to team members and all Medical Center employees in a professional and courteous manner* Responsible for safe-keeping of thorough & accurate documentation of system procedures & custom work Performs other duties as assigned or when necessary, and unrelated duties in times of emergency.
