BMS/HVAC Controls Manager

Diagnose and repairs complex control system malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of variety of electronic pneumatic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write modification in multiple languages of systems software. Works closely with Purchasing and Receiving to maintain inventory of parts and materials. Works with HVAC & Electrical shops to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Layout work from blueprints, models, or verbal instructions. Provide sketches of field changes and comments for engineering correction and drawings. Oversees the activities of mechanics and/or electrician working on Building Automation equipment and systems.
